Never has an association such as Euro-Toques been as legitimate or as necessary as it is today!
First of all, Euro-Toques is an association of European cooks and chefs. More than 4000 members across Europe, and this number is increasing each year.
Euro-Toques is neither a Promotional Association nor a new Trade Union, but the guardian of the Authenticity and Specificity of our best Produce.

We are fighting to defend local produce and especially the work of any artisan who respects the culinary traditions of his country.

All our members have signed a charter to this effect in order to respect produce and to promote it in their different menus.

Our association is not new; it was founded in 1986 by Pierre Romeyer and Paul Bocuse who had been aware for years of the risks of food abuses.
Euro-Toques is recognized by the European Union as an Organization that defends Quality food.  It is part of the network of privileged contacts with the European Commission.
Euro-Toques acts as a lobby group to European and national institutions.  The organization focuses its activities on Food Legislation as well as on the new Common Agricultural and Fisheries Policies.

Euro-Toques is an association of European chefs.
